*Member rates – To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of IFSO. Your membership status will be verified upon registration.
**Day registration – Delegates can only purchase ONE day registration. If more than one day registration is required, then a FULL registration must be purchased.
***Student registration – The Student Rate applies to those who are a full-time student at the time of the Congress or have a student card valid in 2026. Students are those studying in an entry level education University program. A valid document, i.e., student card or letters issued by the school/university/institution must accompany the student registration and must be uploaded when registering.

Daily Registration:

Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express

By Bank Transfer: 

  • Additional USD 30 handling fee is required.
  • Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees
  • Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellation Policy

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (USD 30) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.

  • Cancellations received up and including June 11, 2026–  full refund
  • Cancellations received from June 12 until August 5, 2026 – 50% will be refunded             
  • After August 6, 2026 – no refund will be made
